As far as that goes woman in any Islamic nation are treated worse than animals,- litterally. They don't tie animals to a whipping post or stone a animal to death, but they do that to women in Islamic nations. I think Bush's big blunder was thinking he can make Iraq a democratic nation, he fails to understand that Islam and freedom don't mix. The people want rule by Allah's law in the Koran not by man's law. Not all people in the world are cut out to want or enjoy a western lifestyle or a western standard of living.

SK, not all Islamic nationas are as backward as you think. Yes but many are. Many in Africa are run under Sheria Law. Saudia Aribia is tuff and they are one of the worlds richest nations. heck in SA if you have a bible or talk about Jesus they chop off your head...in 2006 the 21 century.

Maybe, but I can think of a lot more damage done recently than I can actual beneficial changes as far as the states mentioned.
