As far as I am concerned all businesses that do not allow concealed carry by employees OR customers are inviting theft.

As far as I am concerned all businesses that do not allow concealed carry by employees OR customers are inviting theft. Well the customers are sitting ducks for any hold-up.

I understand the reason behind a stores "no gun" policy has more to do with legal issues than anything else, if a shopper with a ccp or clerk uses that gun to stop a robbery in progress and someone else gets shot, caught in cross fire, or a round goes wild, lawyers will be crawling out all over the place filing lawsuits and what have you, a stores insurance policy could be cancled, perhaps a clerk with a gun is seen as a risk by the stores insurance company too. Anyhow that's why stores don't want guns from what I heard.
