Sam's Club Pulls Beef Patties After E. Coli Illnesses Reported In MinnesotaMinneapolis (AP) - Cargill Incorporated says today it is voluntarily recalling more than 840,000 pounds of ground beef patties distributed at Sam's Club stores nationwide. The recall comes after four Minnesota children who ate the food developed E. coli illness. The patties were produced by Cargill and had an expiration date of February 12th, 2008. They were coded UPC 0002874907056 Item #700141.
