NEWARK, N.J. (AP)-Topps Meat Co. said a massive meat recall forced it out of business, but government scientists have yet to determine the source of the E. coli contamination that appears to have sickened 32 people who ate its hamburgers. Not sure if anyone remembers this, some of you east coast folks might. Remember food lion? Can't remember what happened, i think it was a meat recall too but it ended up shut down. This story reminded me of that.

I have my own opinions on why we are suddenly getting all these food recalls. BTW I heard the guy who was the head man at that China dog-food company that sent out poison dog food was executed. Or he was sentenced to execution. I heard it on the radio.
