Q I have been religiously following Weight Watchers and working out five days a week: two days with cardiovascular work on an elliptical trainer and weight circuit, and three days with very aggressive spinning. I am very frustrated, as I have only lost about two pounds in three weeks. Shouldn't I have lost that much in the first week? more
